www.RonPaul.com – 03 Ron Paul tells it like it is: There is no “right” to healthcare. Obamacare will be repealed by a national bankruptcy. The IRS is hiring new agents to steal more money. Central economic planning has failed. A much bigger economic crisis is coming. And, every country in the world is technically bankrupt. Ron Paul is America’s leading voice for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. Ron Paul is a very smart man…
@shortbuspride08 Neat lie! Sorry, but the purpose of insurance is to collectivize risk among SIMILAR populations. Medical insurance works in the exact opposite fashion, overcharging the healthy to pay for the unhealthy. The HCR bill only broadens this burden, and even though its explicit, the media just suppresses it. It’s pathetic. I don’t pay for the unhealthy? Nevermind my premium includes mandatory coverage for obesity counseling, drug rehab, hair prosthesis… oh what fun!
@shortbuspride08 Yep, wrong again. The purpose of insurance is to collectivize risk among similar populations, relative to their associated risk. The system is explicitly designed to force the young to pay for the unhealthy (unhealthy by choice), and you’re telling me they pay for themselves. Yeah, except for those hidden mandates in my premium for rehab services, obesity counseling, hair prostesis…

@shortbuspride08 Uh, try again. The purpose of insurance is to collectivize risk among similar populations, relative to their associated risk. @shortbuspride08 Uh, no that’s not the purpose of insurance. The purpose of insurance is to collectivize risk among similar populations, relative to their associated risk. @ayethereztherub LOL that’s the entire nature of insurance. Those that are unhealthy are naturally going to be the ones, i dunno BENEFITING off that insurance – you know, assuming the company doesn’t find out beforehand that they’ll be costly. Don’t wanna pay for sick people? Then don’t get insurance, dumbass.
And in case you weren’t aware, those who are more unhealthy DO pay more into the pool. You’re bitching about something that isn’t even taking place.
@shortbuspride08 “No logic at all…” From an ad hominem-spewing lib troll, no less!
Uh, the fact that my insurance already goes to the unhealthy is my point, not yours. The fact that I will now carry even more of the burden, by unconstitutional coercion, is ever more worrisome. We all pay into the same pool, which is exactly like including Mr. Rogers in the same car insurance pool as Lindsay Lohan, but charging Mr. Rogers the same rate or more becauze LL’s a druggy and can’t afford it.
@ayethereztherub Well first of all, there’s no logic at all in what you just said. Obesity, smoking, and drug use should be discouraged through bigger copayments, which is already the case (Ialong with just denying them coverage). And as hard as i try to discern the retardation in that 2nd sentence i just can’t figure out what you’re saying.
Oh, and guess what? your insurance ALREADY goes to the unhealthy. Dumbass. And using hyperbole just makes you look even more ridiculous. gb2school.
@shortbuspride08 If healthcare is a right, then obesity, being overweight, smoking, and using recreational drugs are hereby illegal. Funny how the super liberals never mapped out this “right” in relation to individual rights. Boy, oh boy, my conscience is so relieved that, as a working and health young male, my insurance dollars go to Felaticia Jaquan’s third bypass operation!
@GOPeconomyROCKZ You can’t thin what’s too fat to make it to the panel meeting.
Obamacare = epic fail
@dedicateddad … and the earth WILL leave ITS orbit AND the SUN will EXPLODE! (Not TO mention THAT he SKY is FALLING.)
Obama is a black, baby-Bush.
@MirageScience
I’m glad Obama set up death panels to thin out the old people.
Ron Paul telling it how it is.
I don’t agree with Paul on everything, but with this, he is spot on.
@dedicateddad hey look, it’s someone who watches Fox News and doesn’t know how to read any credible news articles! Besides, it’s common sense that a non-profit is going to keep less money for administrative costs than a for-profit business. You’re seriously fooling yourself if you deny this.
Oh, and health care IS a right.
Oh, and you aren’t clever for that comment. In fact I keep this name just for the sake of dumbasses like you thinking you’re clever.
@dedicateddad read the comment that is in reference to then attempt to spew your self-righteous indignation. By salmongutter’s logic. Not mine. Critical thinking and reading comprehension, remember those from your public-non-schooling? evidently not.
@shortbuspride08 – your name really fits.
.gov has only 1% overhead?
That comment is too stupid to warrant a response. What are you, 12?
ROFLMAO!
